I used to be quite active, but then I got pregnant with twins, and I stopped working out on a regular basis. I used to see one on a regular basis when I was heavily into sports, and the benefits are more than just getting better quicker from a sports injury. Even when I was into sports, I would get lethargic in between seasons, but that was because I was not using my body the way I normally do. When this would happen, I would go to the chiropractor and I would feel so much better after just a few adjustments.
The chiropractor I used to see is almost 100 miles away from where I live now, so I knew I had to find a new one. I am very careful about the people I choose to be part of my team, so I took my time in researching the different chiropractors who are in my area. I finally decided on the one that had a very comprehensive website and talked about the different benefits of chiropractic care. I had three adjustments in a two week period, and I felt ready to take on the world after that. I am not making the same mistake this time though, as I am going to continue going on a regular basis now.
